Discover Colours of Creativity, a new exhibition bringing together the work of Southern Highlands artists Sally Beresford and Jan Pooley-Hibberd in the beautiful surrounds of Centennial Vineyards.
Running from 30 September to 30 November 2026, the exhibition invites you to slow down, enjoy the setting and discover original art while visiting one of the Highlands’ best-known vineyards.

We are delighted to welcome Sally Beresford as one of the newest member artists.
Sally’s work is expressive, layered and deeply personal, drawing on colour, texture, fragments and memory to create pieces that invite reflection and connection. Her paintings bring together intuition and storytelling in a way that feels both bold and beautifully considered.
As part of Colours of Creativity at Centennial Vineyards, Sally’s work is now on exhibition alongside Jan Pooley-Hibberd, offering visitors the chance to discover and collect original art in a unique vineyard setting.

Colours of Creativity at Centennial Vineyards brings the work of Sally Beresford and Jan Pooley-Hibberd into one of the Southern Highlands’ best-known destinations — creating something bigger than an exhibition.
It is about supporting local artists, sharing audiences, building creative networks and connecting people with art through the places they already love.

The Art Note is a new $50 art voucher created by The Pop-Up Project, launching at Centennial Vineyards as part of Colours of Creativity.
It is designed to connect local artists with new audiences while bringing together art, tourism and local business in a more meaningful way.
The Pop-Up Project was established in 2021, when a group of Southern Highlands artists wanted the opportunity to open their studios, share their story, build their brand and connect with new art lovers and collectors all year round.
We currently represent 32 artists – we hope you enjoy meandering through each of their profiles and map out where you would like to visit each June long weekend. Can’t wait?
