To help strengthen and grow the Pop-Up Project Collective, members joining in 2026 should actively contribute to the visibility and sustainability of the regional arts community. Please tick that you agree:

Adequate and safe parking ABN (for Exhibiting and Workshop / Teacher Memberships) Agree to be active and support members of the Pop-Up Project such as online or sharing information to your mailing lists Agree to volunteer and help the Pop-Up Project (eg: website maintenance, social posting, food preparation, serving or working in gallery spaces at our events etc)

By submitting this registration form you agree to the T&C's. These will be emailed for you. You understand that YOU are the owner of your Studio and any events you hold. You will be provided with support to help market any Pop-Up event. You are responsible for ensuring you (the Artist) have the correct Insurances and follow any Health and Safety plans required.
