With two decades of study and educating herself Jan captures our beautiful Southern Highlands landscapes. After living for years overlooking a vineyard, Jan paints the hills, the clouds and her divine views. The expansive landscape and the cloud formations inspire her to create large space- filled artworks. Jan’s other passion is silversmithing: designing and creating elegant wearable pieces. Jan has resided in the Southern Highlands for two decades and her watercolour paintings reflect the movement, colour, drama, intensity and light of the sky and landscape. Recently Jan has moved into abstract artworks working with ink and enhancing each with gold which results in a rich, luxurious work.
