As a figurative or representative painter my choice of subject is eclectic but favourites are landscapes, Australian bush scenes, seascapes, animals and still life. My formal art training began in the 1950s and for many years I painted in oils and acrylic. I’ve painted exclusively in water colour for the past 45-50 years. I find watercolour the most challenging and stimulating of the media. My work has appeared in a number of exhibitions in the Southern Highlands and in Sydney.
