Based in Mittagong in the Southern Highlands, Small Impact Studio is a dynamic hot glass workshop and the shared creative space of artists Scott Chaseling and Gina Fairley. As co-creatives, Scott and Gina bring together decades of experience across sculpture, glass, and contemporary visual art to form a collaborative practice rooted in experimentation, materiality, and dialogue.
At the heart of the studio is a commitment to process, where molten glass becomes a medium for both refined technique and bold exploration. Whether working individually or together, Scott and Gina use the studio as a place to push boundaries, challenge conventions, and explore the intersections of form, light, and concept.
Small Impact Studio is more than a workspace, it’s a place where ideas are tested, transformed, and shared. Visitors are invited into a working environment that is as much about making as it is about exchange, inquiry, and the ongoing evolution of creative practice.
