In Natural Variations, Pop-Up Project member and artist Miranda Hampson explores the dynamic interplay of natural forces and cultural diversity. Just as landscapes are shaped by wind, tides and sediment over time, so too are First Nations cultures shaped by their unique environments, stories and knowledge systems.

This exhibition invites audiences to reflect on the richness of these differences – seen in language, art, and social structures – while also recognising the deep connections that unite us. Through her work, Miranda offers a powerful visual expression of how variation and shared experience both play a role in strengthening the bonds between people, land and culture.
